With these nerfs can we get a 50% RP reduction on Death Strike in PvP?

it could cost nothing and it would still be useless unless it heals as much as the proc from a killing blow tbh

That’s the idea. At least u get to press the ability instead of it going gray without healing for anything 
Would give the illusion that you are actively trying not to die, instead of looking at a gray button.
That would make sense so blizzard wont do it unfortunately
