We’ve continued to get bag inventory upgrades year after year…but if feels like adding to an antiquated system.
Can we do away with this annoying system and upgrade it to accomplish the same thing but be in a better place?
For instance - please stop having gear take up space; especially if we’re trying to manage multiple role sets across pvp, raid, and M+.
Can we please move to a system where all gear works the way it does with heirloom gear? It’s great that that stuff doesn’t have to take up space - we create and use it when we need it, and can toss it when we’re done.

Void storage would be great for the gear sets if… it would not remove enchants and gems (why was this done in the first place), and could be accessed by calling up a follower to open it anywhere, like the one from the argent tournament.
and put anything used to buy things on the currency tab.
and stop with all the collect 10 of this 5 of that and 1 of the other just to spawn a rare.
yes, it’s good to give us more bag space, but please stop coming up with creative ways to make the situation worse than before we got the bigger bags…

I mean you can make loadouts in your character screen to auto equip stuff.
Otherwise just get bigger bags. There are currently 34 slot bags you can get for both your inventory and bank space.
One bag can hold all your gear leaving the rest to do with whatever (which you can filter for more organization)
Sounds like you need to declutter and keep your bagspace cleaner.

I hate the inventory management mini game.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It annoys me to no end. More crap to lug around in the bags. These GD crests are so damn asinine.

Literally does nothing to solve bag space.

Almost. Takes 2 bags if you play all 3 specs + PvP set… But also this is a paladin problem.
Also, make the reagent tab in the bank seven times bigger and sort by expansion, please and thank you.

Yes, it works well. But on my druid, one of those 34 holds food, potions, flasks, portal toys like the guild cloak and timeless trinket, gliders, and other things I “can’t” be without. Bag 2 is full of gear for the 4 specs, bag 3 is near full of all the collect crap from this expansion. That leaves a backpack and one bag. I guess I’m just a hoarder…
I feel like I’m the only person not struggling to keep space open in their 120+ slot inventory these days. Then again I remember being too poor in classic times to be able to afford bag upgrades, so I guess I’m just very used to vendoring regularly and using my bank

2 bags for gear if you do multiple specs, pvp, and pve gear.
Would this allow the possibility of making old content more relevant - where it could be treated like PvP gear and only functions to its intended level in respective instances/expansions?
I think you may have missed the point.
Yes - this helps with the issue, but it perpetuates an old way of doing things when something better can now be used instead.
Huh…im a one trick pony. I don’t feel this kind of pain
my bags are usually empty minus a few phials and foodies. If I wanted to do another spec id just make another character

Gear is but a fraction of the junk that calls my bags home.
There are thousands and thousands of items and stuff in this game, there will always be a “bag space” problem.

Agreed. I don’t want to have to get rid of gear just to free up space.
I don’t want to have to research what each random item is for to make sure I’m not breaking some important quest if I delete it.
Why do some items stack to 100 or more while some items still only stack to 20?
Lots of random issues that just make you sort of wonder…

What would really help is stop making us carry two tons of junk around all the time…like 5 different types of tier ore or 5 types tier of fire or earth elements or air or water…ever since Mechagon its just been add more and more crap we have to carry around in our bags.

At least it’s not TBC volumes of gear in those old bags lol

There is an easy solution. Elder Scroll Online has Bottomless reagents bag. You can put all reagents and crafting materials inside that bag. It doesn’t affect you character bag space at all.
I consider myself somewhat a hoarder and I haven’t filled even half my bag space in several expansions. I could probably go back to 20 slot bags and be alright. I am perfectly happy with 32’s though, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
And while you’re at it, go ahead and give me a full set of heirloom items, it’s strange not having pants.
Tho I guess that’s a common thing at Blizzard HQ.
