Can we PLEASE have more performance increases for this game?

WoW is SO SLOW. This game performs SO BADLY. It’s unbelievable. I can run Cyberpunk 2077, No Man’s sky on 4k monitor like a breeze. But when I log into a character here, it’s just so unbelievably slow. I get a login screen of like 12 seconds. Deleting a char on another realm is like 15 seconds long to login to that server.

PC Specs / info:

  • RTX 5070 Ti
  • 32 GB of $350 gaming RAM, 15 gb Vram
  • AMD Ryzen 9700x processor on freshly installed Windows 11 PC I built 2 months ago.
  • All drivers up to date
  • 1.5 Gbps internet, 15 ms Ping across 15 speedtests, so my internet is fine

Reinstalled WoW too… same thing. This game is a performance nightmare. Even on Minimum graphics, it’s so bad.

Have you tried running with zero addons and weak auras?

This would have nothing to do with your system, but rather your internet.

Deleting a toon takes so long, and can bug out, because you are not on that realm. You need to switch to that realm first, then delete, itll go faster.

This has nothing to do with your GPU/CPU specs.

How many addons do you have?
What sort of drive is the game installed on?
