I really think im in the majority here that we dont want self found to just be a tick box when you make a toon. This would be a bad idea, imo. People will get boosted by normie hc players on self found mode and it just makes things messy af.
This is just one example, there are a metric crap load. Please let us play on a bot free server. Its not that hard Blizz.

This rebuttal is tired. Its hollow and is a cop out for any real discussion. I want to play with people like me. I had so much fun on the addon and wow felt more alive and true to vanilla than ever. People will always choose the path of least resistance. Always. Just give us a server so the hc babies can have their rmt, ah and bank alts. While the big boys can play sf.
Self found?
Yes.
Blizzard is adding that option that can be selected at character creation on official hardcore servers.
No AH/mail/trading for that character until 60.
Why does it need to be segregated by server?
There will already be Official SF-Only guilds.
You know some SF players want to play with non-SF players.
If you want segregation, just join an SF-only guild by Blizzard’s Official SF option - which will come out soon.

You can request that people you group with have the SF buff, you can join or create a SF only guild. This is a niche game mode and to divide the base for variations will create a situation where you may not be able to find groups at all. Put some effort in and it’s possible that you could have the gaming experience you desire.
