I have bug reported this in game and on the forums multiple times and have received non answers. Duel wield artifact appearances only show the main hand. It looks so ridiculous and I refuse to mog them because of it. Perfectly good mog skins going to waste.

On both the warband screen and normal character select. Seeing my shaman stand with one mace or DK with one sword feels dumb.
I can only imagine how terrible that must be for the 3.3 seconds it takes to look at the screen before logging into actually see the entire weapon

Bugs like that are very low priority since they don’t affect gameplay. You’ll likely never see it fixed.

Listen, come down off the high horse and let’s have a look at EVERY poster on the forum… you included. If this were a clipping issue in game, I can see it. If it were a mogging issue, I can see it. My human female paladin can’t even be SEEN on the log in screen since her active pose puts the shield in front of her and it covers her from eyebrows to knees. This was the first trial of the warband screen and likely number 4,361 on a list of things in order of importance to fix. So me making some light humor about
on the login screen is probably one of the most minor things ever. Breathe. It’s a comment, not unlike the snarky ones you yourself have made in other threads.

agree with Op, it looks silly and cheap, and its been bugged that way for years I believe. My shaman only holds his off-hand, Dk only holds his main-hand, and my Dh only ever has one warglaive; it looks very weird
