Not sure if related, I couldn’t do cross-realm trading today in raid. I was going to get a vantus rune from someone I raid with for Fyrakk but trade was greyed out.

Seems to be wider than just currency transfer, characters that had not started the Echoes event, or currently have no memories left, cannot partake in memory events, even though they can collect memories. At least, that’s what I’m experiencing at the moment.
