Staves are absolutely useless for us. No build plays with it. Leave it to RESTO shamans only pls.

I play a build focused on lava burst WAY more than lightning, so lacking a shield doesn’t affect me a lot. Adapt and Overcome.
But yeah, having staffs be most of the drops is annoying.
No thank you, as a resto shaman i prefer my 1hand weapon and my shield , i think staff is useless for all the shaman classe

Seriously! My ele shaman keeps getting two handed weapons for drops…and so many staves among them.
And purposefully gimp my dps for a sub-par build? No thanks

I think blizz should just remove staves from shaman period. They added talents to ele and resto both to give buffs to your shield, then keep rewarding me with staff drops from my chests? It’s bs I simmed my character for this 610 staff I got compared to my 606 dagger shield combo and because of my talents I’d have lost like 20k dps lol it’s dumb and feels bad.
Plus shaman is the only caster aside from holy pally tech that can even rock shields. Let us keep rocking shields and stop giving us staves! lol
