Can We Level Doing Cov. Campaign?

Pretty much just the title:
I would love to be able to do the 9 chapters of the covenant campaign quests while leveling. But I wasn’t sure if that was going to be possible or if the game makes you wait til level cap. Anyone know?

I believe those quests are flagged for level cap unfortunately. The only campaign quests you can level with are the 50-60 ones going from zone to zone.

You can’t level while doing the covenant campaigns, those are for level cap, but after the patch today, you can level in Torghast. That’s something…right?

IIRC that’s a daily (?) quest, not something you can grind.

Yeah, up until now at least, you can’t start the covenant campaign until 60. I was ready to start the covenant campaign on my Warrior after I finished the Threads of Fate but she was only Level 58 at the time and the quest log said I had to be 60 :frowning:

You can do torghast while leveling, it’s not really going to give you enough xp to make its own leveling path.

Yeah. Of course it didn’t take too long to get to 60 with WQs, Callings, and such. Still a bummer though, you’re correct.

As much as I dislike Blizz not removing the 9.0 campaign skip, I might actually be fine if this was an option. That way I could get it done before max level and not have to deal with that slog at cap if I want to unlock the extra Korthia dailies.

It’s a shame, because I’d probably be more interested in doing the cov campaigns if we could use them to level. Perhaps an option that unlocked after completing the campaign on another character. Level an alt and unlock another mog set. Seems like a win-win.

Which was exactly my thought - being able to level doing the 9.0 covenant campaign makes sense (to me) and honestly would streamline it better so when you hit level cap you can actually jump fully into 9.1.5.
But, it’s really only a problem for those that like to complete content and collect tmog - of which I am both. >.<

It might also solve part of the pacing of Threads of Fate. Having that little bit of extra might be just enough to get it to a point so you aren’t missing what a level or so after doing the fill the bar thing in each zone.
