There are a lot of cool mounts that are functionally useless because they can’t fly and aren’t worth using. Can we just add mount gear or something to allow every mount to fly and get it over with already?

Of all the things the goblins make, for some reason their flying contraptions never explode. They may stall every so often (give it a couple taps of the gas and should be gtg). Guess too much liability paperwork etc. so they make sure it’s in tip top shape… or as in good a shape as it’s going to be LOL

I would rather make all mounts exclusive underwater mounts and disable them on land and air.

i would like my spring strider to fly. legs swinging back n forth like a propellor
I hate it when mounts fly while they look like they shouldn’t. I know, magic. But I still don’t like it and am happy that many don’t fly. I love flight, but it’s cool to have different times for each.

lol useless huh? yeah cause the ground mounts have been “Useless” through most of this expansion. this isnt FF14 cupcake, if something flies it’s understandable why it can or CANNOT fly, and ground mounts fall under the latter, you’ll have plenty of reason to use them each expansion as you wait to earn flying in that particular expansion.
That is a matter of choice, not fact.
Outside of my mage, each of my characters has a ground mount, a short distance flying mount and an oversized long distance flying mount.
(My mage has a Hearthstone Steed from her ground and short distance flying mount and Onyxian Drake for her long distance flying mount.)
I would appreciate this in order to have more average-sized mounts to choose from for my character’s short distance flying mounts. (Two of my alliance characters would not be flying gryphons if they could find something better than did not take up the whole screen although the other three would stick to their gryphons regardless).

that makes me think of the turtle Master Roshi calls upon that flies slower than Nimbus in the OG Dragonball, “so dizzy…”

I mean, there’s four different flying ticks already. The spider is a downgrade in ickyness, if anything.

Since we already went with homogeneity with the water walking, lets just make flight equipment.
Ive got really cool ground mounts I’d like to use all the time, flying included.
