That would be so cool for an undead character.
Imagine a worm or two popping out from your dead feet. That sounds awesome.
Or even our heads.

I’m loving the new additions to character customization personally and it would be awesome if they keep expanding it with stuff like this.

You don’t need a videogame for that. Just start eating undercooked, untreated meat and you’ll have worms in no time.

Why diet when the worms work for you right? Undead don’t really need to eat.
Remember to give your Worgen their worming tablets people! Poor things.
Unless they are dead pets. Then you may spread them freely.
