Can we have a vampire hunter class?

Castlevania style like the Belmonts? One that uses a whip, sub weapons and item crashes as cool downs?

Pretty pretty please?

I don’t know what it is about this forum being a repository of bad ideas. But we’re going to insist that people no longer have different types of strong cheese before falling asleep and then waking up with ideas like this.

That just makes me assume you’re a mecha vampire.

Definitely not. We had our little dose of vampirism in revendreth. and we even got a hint of it originally in Icecrown. it’s bad enough the alliance already has their own version of werewolves.

You leave our goodest boys out of this.

Did you eat the moldy cheese under your pillow?

If it’s not a porkchop hidden in a wall, then it is not appetizing.

I know this idea will never happen, but dreams are fun sometimes.

Whip could be interesting if they come up with some interesting mechanics to change the combat style enough

I agree that dreaming is fun. I just have to stay real with myself and mostly because my dream is either a long way off or it’s never going to happen.

I want to be a gnome druid sitting in Orgrimmar role-playing with other horde druids.

Gnomes will have the CARE BEAR stare if they turn into their guardian forms lol.

I actually sat down and thought out druid forms for both types of gnomes. Essentially blizzard could use the mechanical pet forms that already exist, scale them up a bit larger, and instead of turning into the natural animal, they would simply pilot a mechanical suit that would assume those forms and would absorb the natural energy around them in order to be able to perform the spells and actions of a druid. They would be one with nature using the one thing they know best which is technology.

Go roll team jacob worgen hunter, pretend you’re van howlsing

I take it all back. You’re starting to fit in already.

I try to fit in here and there plus it’s like 5 o’clock in the morning for me so finding a more diplomatic response would’ve required an extra hour of sleep and a cup of coffee.

Denathrius was the original Vampire, and he has been dead for almost 3 expansion. There is no reason to create a class that hunts a dead prey.

I’m in favor of trading Demon Hunters for Vampire Hunters.

Denathrius is not dead. His sword saved his life by absorbing him into itself before we could kill him. But then he was captured and placed in a prison of Light. But then the Dreadlords rescued him.

I imagine by now he has already recovered and left the sword.

Might I interest you in dwarf-sized Kul Tirans that are unable to equip armor or transmog? Their moveset consists of various hip bumps and belly dances. Sort of an Aug damage/support type.

This just makes me giggle because vamps are naturally dead anyway.

Also we have a new batch of San’lyn blood death knights! Totally counts.

you meant “undead” ? Their vitals still function, if not then why would stabbing a spike into their hearts would kill them ? Vampire is dead only when it becomes a corpse and no longer moves.
