We need a passive option like Shadowland’s “Oath of the Elder Druid” legendary power, wich empowered habilities for 10s every 1min when u change forms.
Maybe now we can have independent coodowns for each form in a 2min cd or something like that because 5min cd is a bit too much, specially in pvp…
And it lasts for 45s, in pve environment its enought time to change to bear form and help tank something but in pvp (or other forms) its too much, we only need a few seconds to help heal a teamate, reduce incoming damage in bear form or do damage in a dps form…
EDIT: Oath of the Elder Druid was my favorite legendary power in SL but now i only use it with convoke in pve, in pvp is useless…
