Like 19 out of 20 of my favorite mounts are grounds mounts that I almost never get to use. I don’t’ even care if they have a flying animation, just let me fly with them somehow!
Make it a quest or a potion or something like that. Idunno, I know it will never happen but I just really love so many of my ground mounts.

lmao…I said the same thing when they trashed my water striders and those same choppers, along with some VERY large yaks and mammoths, started walking on the water like a biblical character of old. lol
I think there should be mount equipment that gives mounts the option to fly.

no one is foaming at the mouth about flying wingless horses and huge mounts walking on water, so just do it.
Its a game about MAGIC for feces sake…just make flight equipment already.

Just add mount equipment so you can fly no point in keeping people from using there favorite mounts when flying. Y’all know you want flying brutosaur ah mounts
WoW has a whole floating city with Dalaran. All mounts flying really isn’t a stretch in this world. Just have it be a thing where you go to the Kirin Tor to get the mount equipment.

Agreed, OP’s is a terrible idea. Expanding certain things sure like how Blanchy got it as a ghost horse, the Maw Horses should fly as well but definitely not every mount.
Been sitting here thinking about this and I’m conflicted about all mounts being able to fly.
While it seems like it’d be a good idea on paper. We all know it’ll be taken to ridiculous lengths by the player community.
Maybe I do have a few favorite horse mounts that I wouldn’t mind taking to the skies. But neither do I want to arrive to a capitol city and have the sky blackened out by 10,000 yaks hovering above.
Perhaps the cynic in me is screaming out, “This is why we can’t have nice things!”
But I get the sneaking suspicion that it’ll be abused to annoying lengths.
Lets face it… if ALL mounts could fly… how soon would you see Kul’tiran males named Hagrid flying around in choppers with Gnome passengers named Harry?

Blizzard could also make it so flying mount equipment does not work with certain mounts. It does not have to be all or nothing.
That is exactly what I would LOVE to se! 
It’s still sad to me that the Fallen Charger and its cousins cannot fly.
