So my guild is small niche good group of people and like every phase at the start I have to replace a couple people but I wanted to upsize to 30 players for my raiding team to finish out SOD but I see the same 5 super guilds on wild growth posting nonstop 24/7 going with there 5-7 raiding teams which 90% of the raids aren’t even full clearing AQ idk if people scared to join other guilds and build a connection or community but it’s crazy were on wild growth and it’s nonstop weird when guilds have so many raids going with no connection to its guildies but discords and signups
