Can we get primal focus in PVP content?

I did not get a single one in Arena, RBG or Solo. Is primal focus only obtained by mythic dungeons and raids?

I want to make Elemental Lariat, which is the final gear for many class PVP

yeah we can, I’ve gotten concentrated primal focus’s too

It’s gonna be much much easier to push keys at 11 or above unless you’re pretty good at pvp.

What rating were you playing when you got that? I’ve got some primal focus at 2100+ boxes but I’ve not seen a concentrated one yet. Is it rng or do you need 2400+?

I dont remember but I want to say it was from lower rated 2s after I proc’d 24 in shuffle
