Honestly one of the reasons I dont want a huge time skip in Shadowlands is I’d miss out on more shaw / flynn goodness

Altho the thought of them being married by the time we get back is rather cute

I’m in the boat that Flynn would ease up on the drinking. Shaw has to have some kind of ptsd so I’d imagine if Flynn ever sees that show up he’d think “i can’t be drunk , he needs me”

It’s a bit sappy but that’s how I’d handle it

You have a much nicer imagination than I do. I picture Flynn drinking and making Shaw wander around the same spot like in that quest so Shaw shanks Flynn and leaves him in a ditch.

Lol while that is amusing, I just tend to focus on relationship ideas.

Oh I’m sure there’s moments where one of them loses their temper with the other and briefly lashes out. But then they talk it over. Since that happens sometimes with couples.

Ditto to what Sothe said. I imagine it’s difficult to imagine when you’re a straight cis person, but when you’re not and all the relationships of all the [major] characters in a game/movie/book/etc are all straight cis (and usually white) it becomes difficult to see yourself in it all. That makes it alienating. It’s not about raunchy fan fiction, it’s just about representation and feeling like you too belong.
