Glad is a 3v3 thing, “Legend” is for Solo

No, but you can get the mog weapons and such from 2400.
No mount or the exclusive stuff.
Those weapon Appearances are way to high I never understood why the Set is at 1800 but god forbid the weapons are 2400 (Shadowlands was 2100).
Lolz ,if you can get legend title queuing with Randoms ,then getting Gladiator via 3 's with a dedicated group ,should be a piece of cake for you no matter what anxiety you would have .
They really should add more rewards like a cool mount for solo shuffle.
