Can we just get confirmation on rank caps and when they will be released? Is the current cap Rank 11 and 0% or rank 11 and 40%? @Kaivax.
Also any update on if Rank 14 will be released at start of BWL (still takes 3 weeks if the cap is now at 11) We are on a much faster release so I think having R13/14 2 weeks after BWL is fine.

do you work for blizzard? because unless you do, you dont know for a fact its currently capped at 11 and 0%.

11.0 takes 5 weeks to get 14.0

if they cap it at 11, that means there is no progress beyond 0%

rank 12-14 will prolly come out with AB, so 3-4 weeks after BWL launch.
