currently a pvp talent that enhances your shout abilities. i think it would provide arms/fury with a good deal of utility that could make it more desirable for keys and raid
It’s a cool talent and I dig the shout build aesthetic for warriors but there’s a problem: the shoutiest warriors are protection warriors. Instead of actually throwing some utility at the DPS warrior specs this would just cement prot as even more valuable in the tank slot.

Honestly, I’d swap it for Spear, make Spear a PvP talent… Add Master and Commander as a 2/2 talent that comes off it and you suddenly have quite an impactful Utility Warrior!
This is where I would argue a lot more tanks need party buffs. Might help add value to tank queues in battlegrounds, too, so people can quit whining about having one in their team.
people who complain that im prot for example in bg blitz are most likely more useless since a dps centered kill as much as you can mindset and ignore flags, capture points and objectives is imo worst
furthermore 7/10 times in leading the bg, allowing me to command with /rw the stratgies and overall plan. communication is big in bg as it is in pve and like pve tanks are leaders in pvp
