There are other skips available like in The Eye or other options?
I am one of those unlucky souls who continues attempting the H LK slaughtering most weeks and potentially on multiple characters but still unlucky. After 100s of kills its just looooong.

yeah ive been farming it since MoP i think? Whenever I could go in there solo.

Would be pretty nice, but then you’ll have some people whining about it and wanting it reverted cause they want people to continue taking forever for the damn horse to drop, due to wanting it to stay stupidly rare.

Play a class that zoom zooms in raids like demon hunter or shaman that way you can spend less time

Funny enough, I had the rocket mount from before this years buffs. Never got the LK mount. I got all the tmogs for all classes/difficulties, and lost my will to try for the mount. Too sick of that raid.

Im still trying for the Love rocket sadly, as well as so many others. Slowly I get a random mount ive been trying for ages to get but its few and far between.
I’m just lucky I got the Halloween mount

Maybe me saying whining wasn’t the correct word/thing I was trying to say, forgive me. I’m more so talking about the people who are highly against raid skips to bosses for rare mounts, people who are asking for raid skips aren’t asking for the drop rate to be increased by 100%, it can still stay rare.

Not sure if this still works, but here ya go.
Take toon A in and kill everything except the king and step out of the instance.
Log onto toon B, start a custom group in LFG with auto invite on.
Log back onto toon A and join the custom group.
Log back onto toon B and walk in, you should receive the 11/12 bosses killed message. Kill the king and break group.
Log on to toon C, D, E… and repeat the process.
On Tuesday, log onto toon A and extend the lock. Then do it all over again.
I did this to avoid the spine fight in DS until I finally got the mount and platform achievements. Worked like a charm back then, hopefully they haven’t “fixed” this.

I heard a rumor that this trick was broken in SL.
Yea, it’s been years since I’ve tried to use it, but it was very handy for that spine skip.
Actually, I for some reason I thought you were talking about ICC.
I didn’t think you could skip anything in DS, even years ago.
ICC is so faceroll I never bothered. And now, after a decade of farming it, I finally got that damn horse and every mog in the process. I’ll never step foot in there again.
It’s kinda bitter sweet I finally got the mount, and now I “have” to use one of four dragons.
Definitely DS too.

I will never understand the gatekeeping of collections. Most collectors I know love THEIR collection and they dont give a damn about anyone else’s.
I have a couple mounts that are stupid rare. One being the Used-to-be-rare Tyrael’s charger. My good friend who has been missing that in his collection was ECSTATIC! I congratulated him for getting it and moved on. It doesnt hurt me one way or another.
I also didnt ask for the drop rate to be increased. I just dont want to waste 20 mins in there on each toon per week if i so choose.
People should stay in their lane and stop worrying about what others have. It can stay rare

It’s downright silly whenever I encounter people like that in-game or here on the forums with that kind of attitude. Some of us who are still trying for Invincible don’t have amazing mount drop luck like those who keep telling us to stop asking for skips and/or “whine” about it
