What you’re describing is very specific in context of what you’re asking for and they would likely get flagged down and suspended anyway, as everyone else can see what they’re posting and suspensions are account wide.

Posters can disagree with account wide ignores.
Painting them as something else is disingenuous and makes you no better than what you’re claiming everyone else who disagrees to be.
That’s the nice thing about unified accounts. You don’t have to worry about that. Or about which character has your TL on etc. Just simplifies things nicely.

Not everyone who alternate between alts is automatically guilty of trolling because a user has come to the conclusion that they’re doing so just to circumvent an ignore they’ve place on another poster.

If you ignore me, I can only assume you are trying to coordinate an ignore black out and seize forum power.
Making ignores account wide makes it easier for users to coordinate blacklists if they so choose without Blizzard knowing.
Other solutions would have to be explored, though given the current state of the forums new solutions aren’t needed.
