But apparently getting called out by someone not named “ardmccloud” gives you license to call out anyone and anyone you want for any reason, fictional or not.
Everyone here knows that you’re never going to get through the mind of the fox. Sockpuppets are looking for any excuse to continuing sockpuppeting.
I think the assumption some posters make is that something like account wide blocks, Btags or whatever is just an easy fix that’ll “fix” the forums like someone flicking a switch.
It isn’t that simple, it also doesn’t help that the Blizzard of today is…disconnected from the modern gamer.
Further complicates any stability one might chase on a forum such as this one.
It may not fix all problems. But that ones it fixes, yeah, it pretty much is a simple fix for simple ignore evading, disconnected trust levels, post counts, and like/flags. All of those things it will fix quite simply.
It may not fully fix everything, but fixing some things is better than doing nothing.
I’d wager Blizzard doesn’t see any issue or fixes are needed.
Account wide ignores, account wide total post count, account wide ignore/flags, account wide trust levels
This will fix a lot more than just some things.
I mean, other than the fact they already said they aren’t happy with the current set up?
And I’ll happily collect your gold on that, because they already have acknowledged that there are issues that need fixes.
One off handed comment by a blue poster isn’t really much to go on.
To put it plainly, you don’t have any idea what Blizzard might do. You have no clue how they might implement account-wide ignores or how it would work. You’re making an awful lot of assumptions based on very little no information whatsoever.
It’s a lot more than you’re trying to present as proof that blizz is happy with things.
And a blue post on the forums is NOT off handed.
It’s a lot more than the nothing that you have.
If you choose to lean on that so heavily, then sacrificing a raid tier for player housing becomes a very real argument for the game.
wait did he just called out a blue saying he’s statement doesn’t worth a dime?
You have nothing to come off by. So, what are you talking about?
How about you post an official source from anyone from Blizzard claiming they are happy with how the forums currently are.
The lack of action or updated acknowledgement speaks for itself.
I really have a hard time understanging their logic ( yes I understand that’s an oxy-moron) .
How can they say we are following them to different threads to hunt down their alts? That woul take forever seeing how many threads their are in GD alone but some how we can trail these alts they keep switching to on our toons that we don’t switch .
Kind of seems like the stalking is going the other way and do they expect us not to go into other threads because they might be there . If they are afraid we might be there then don’t switch toons .
I mean if they are already ignored , they’re out of site out of mind.
no, no it doesn’t. It just means we don’t see the internal procurement system of blizz.
In otherwords, you don’t know what your talking about.
Nothing is an overnight work-around. We do not know what is happening behind closed doors. How ever, we do have an indication that Blizzard is aware of the issues, but it isn’t easy done than said.
Plus, The forums have been getting updates every now and then.
