I dont know what happened here as I got back from holiday.
Was really good as people can’t put you on block or ignore in real life at least im starting to hate the internet,
Anyway don’t know what went down
Just putting this out there. Thanks to the lack of account wide of ignore in-game, I now have close to 2000 players ignored via an addon. It should not have to be this way, blizz.

People can block and ignore you in real life. There is multiple ways to block someone, and is not limited to blocking a number. And ignoring someone is ignoring someone.

It is frustrating to know someone being rude / mean in reply to someone being a bigot are actioned but then bigots spreading hate speech or wishing harm on minorities get to continue posting bcz mods just delete threads and don’t bother looking at context or history or what was said.

Technically, it is, because it is our real selves using the forums, and not our characters.
I know. It is not even setting a good example on Blizzard’s end either. If more people find out there is this sort of loophole in how to really harass people or real life threats, or just plain out toxic behaviour in general, then things will get worse, and could have a real impact, not just on the forums, but in the game too.

Um, yes they can, I’m in Texas. If someone keeps getting into your face after you tell them to knock it off, there are remedies for that. I also am a business owner, I can fire people for being jerks and other things, that goes for employees and clients.

Yup as soon as they start speaking and you turn and walk away because you don’t want to listen to them , you’ve basically have blocked and ignore them .
If they follow and keep talking to you even though you have made it clear you don’t want to communicate with them , well then that’s harassment. Why do I have the feeling Lil fits in that catagory in not only the game/forums but in RL too.

But in real life that doesn’t happen to me if someone walks away after a polite conversation thats the end of the conversation most people in real life are polite about it…
