I agree and to me, a skip to ultraxion would be fine so I can get a chance at both mounts.

Nah, DS is fine. What we need a skip for is the 10 minutes of travel time that is Ulduar.

Speaking as someone with all Dragon Soul mounts and no problems with Spine:
A skip would be a great thing to put into this raid. This would help those who have accessibility concerns relating to the Spine fight, as well as helping align Dragon Soul with more modern raids that have a skip available.

DS is not fine, you have the Ultraxion trash that is lengthy, you have Blackhorn where you have to wait on spawns for him to come down and Spine where you have the same length encounter that it was during Cata. Needs a skip to get past these obnoxious bosses and trash.

Then the trash doesn’t de-spawn or drop combat, which locks you out of continuing until you clean it up.
Not if you run and kill the next boss, it takes you out of combat lol

All old raids need skips. It seems the one for SoO is account wide which is also really nice. I’d also wish for more RP skips and maybe a movement speed buff in legacy raids.

Skip to Ultraxion isn’t really needed (not that i’m against it mind you). It’s spine that’s the main annoyance for most people.
This. Ulduar needs a skip WAY more than DS does.
