Do Transformation Toys really need the excessive cooldown?

When I’m talking about transformation toys, I’m talking about the toys that transform you into an unplayable race with no extra benefits (sorry Censor of Eternal Agony.) These toys are purely cosmetic and are loved by many who want to take the appearance of a race that is either unplayable or similar looking races that are locked to certain factions, yet most of these fun toys have a short upkeep time compared to their extremely long cooldowns and have been collecting dust in most players toy bo…
