There are two storms again but of course neither one is fire in plains.

Just to raise the point as I saw a claim earlier that was the same thing.
If only one storm is up, the dice rolled the same storm in the same location twice. It’s not bugged, it’s a gamble we have to take. There is now a chance that both storm spawn locations, are the same single location…With the same element.
Seems lame and lazy, but in the land of “meh, good enough” it’s probably good enough for the devs.
I don’t even think that’s correct.
It’s just that they’re rolling the same location regardless of element and one is overwriting the other.
This has a 1 in 49 chance of happening and has already happened at least twice since yesterday when it was reintroduced.
And we still can’t get a fire in OP.
At this point I think it may be bugged.
If its not bugged, I don’t see how the average player can complete this within a reasonable amount of time. They may be looking at months just to complete this or years depending on one’s schedule.

Friends it’s been fun but my run is over. I can now enjoy Taivan.
To future grinders, hopefully you all have an easier time. April 2nd hotfix says this and I am very glad for it.

Finally got all my storms done this afternoon. I’d like to thank Blizzard for ignoring the horse 
takes that came out of a community council member and adding the good double storm change.

I am done with Storm Chaser but still need to grind Wrathion and Sabelian, get a picture of Nat Pagle, do all of the Little Scales, and the fishing holes.
Still fighting RNG, but not as much as before. Got Librarian this week too which I thought would take forever.

As someone said : They should either have announced the meta much earlier
Because without any clue of " this is part of X achievement " , then it means that ALL of the achievement introduced in the expansion are possibly part of this meta achievement.
See where I’m going ?
Collectionist will now think they have to do ALL the achivements introduced in each seasons in fear of missing prerequiste. That’s insanity.
That’s a very bad precedent.
The meta itself lists the subachievements required, so everyone knows the moment the patch dropped what was expected, and where their account was short.
But that isn’t germaine to the question “what’s the hurry?” Unless there’s some unsupported paranoia that since they announced the meta as such a surprise, they could also sunset it without warning.
They could also shutdown the game with no warning, or a crashing airplane could demolish your house, or a surprise gamma-ray burst from a nearby supernova could sterilize all life on Earth.
I don’t worry about the nearly infinite list of things that could happen. I work with what I know, and I know that there is no end date to the achievement.
Hence, no urgency.
Almost 34k and i dont farm achieves unless tied to something i want ( mount etc) or im bored. This achievement is ridiculous in its current state…

It’s not a question of beeing in a hurry, it’s a question of not wanting to stay on a single part of a meta for months like we are/were forced to with the Abomination achievement for Shadowlands. It’s also about having to work on an achievement without having it to be bugged all the time so we can actually work for a result.
It’s not about urgency, it’s about quality. If they implement something, we are in our rights to ask it to work as supposed to. The speed at which we clear (and want to) the content is not of your regards.
If they can put super rare spawns on a set schedule, then they can do the same for Storms.

I really meant this but Blizzard decided to make it harder by having ZERO storms spawn.
