Blizzard can hunters for once get a buff and be good its stupid how any other class can destroy us even if they are less geared,just before a mage 3 shot me using arcane blast you make hunters the worst class for Pve to because,they have almost no healing ability and don’t even do much damage cause god forbid hunters where good like in wrath. Also,just remove turtle its worthless making it where we get a 30% damage reduction and can’t attack but paladins can hearth with bubble,attack,and get 2 bubbles that make em unkilllable;1 that cause massive damage when destroyed. Also gotta love how the only 2 heals you can get,is from a spirit pet that can be removed by your opponents that has 30 second cooldown while it also does almost no healing and then our other heal has a 2min cooldown and only heals us for 30% of our maximum health.

You’re doing it wrong.
The point of Hunters is to stay out of enemies’ reach and poke at them from afar so they don’t get hurt in the first place.
At a glance I don’t really see what he’s doing wrong. Would you like to be specific? Because he’s not saying anything that isn’t true.
Aspect of the Turtle is practically worthless. It’s not a true immunity and it has a long CD for it’s strengths. I like to use it to do non-combat actions but that’s as much credit I’d give it. Paladin, as he says, can use all of its defensive CDs offensively, to the point where damage is negated hugely unless at penalty of reflect damage and power costs. Nature’s Salve is a nice azerite trait to get which does help with Exhilaration, but there’s healing debuffs to think about too in PvP.
What it boils down to is that any damage you do to a Hunter will stick. They can’t do a whole lot to a) shoulder off that damage and/or b) use abilities to lock you down to where you don’t do as much damage like many other classes can.
I miss when Turtle used to give a nice heal.
Of this I agree. I never really stacked it all that much in Legion, but having the base points there were welcomed.
Can’t you spec into spider sting and survival tactics to remove magic dots and silence casters?
Hunters have some good pvp talents for defensive’s against spell casters
Spider Sting doesn’t work that good, considering it’s never worked for me when i used it and People can just wait until the effect passes then kill you. The issue isn’t about defense, but recovery from damage because we’ve only got Exhilaration + potentially camouflage if you can escape and Turtle, which doesn’t work for too long, which leaves enemies being able to heal themselves and/or get away from you.
Seems like they’re doing pretty well to me (of course corruption effects kinda throw everything out the window, but meh…)

That MM breakdown is all out of wack, Rapid Fire is by far my most damaging spell every time
Unfortunately I can’t link but if you go to warcraft logs for the latest raid MM is second to last. This is in practice and not theory.
Did you try interrupting the arcane blasts or nah?

2nd: I totally agreee with you about us in pvp though as we really need some help. I am tired of just being the support guy trying to stand out of range in bg’s. I think it’s about time that Blizz gives us something to allow us to do a little more than that to be effective instead of giving every melee class morte ways to stop us from kiting or outrunning them (which is ridiculous to say the least that we can’t especially since that is supposed to be one of the biggest thigns that sets us apart from every other class). Kiting is no longer something that hunters are able to do and it’s all because Blizz has effectively removed that from our skill set without even touching any of our abilities.
Oh yeah one last thing: WTF are you doing trying to kill a tank in pvp, unless you weren’t alone in that decision (also unless you were just using that as an example ofc)
As a side note : Come on guys what are you doing topping the ranking this early in the raid tier. You are just setting us up for the nerfbat that always inevitably comes soon after it opens
