Give shamans Rippling Water PvP talent back? The original issue was with the Azerite Trait “Surging Tides” being absolutely broken, which has since become almost trash tier. Removing Rippling Waters was NOT the move to fix the specific issue involving the synergy between Surging Tides (trait), Torrent (talent), and Rippling Waters (PvP talent). Everyone told you the whole time Surging Tides trait was the issue. Shocker…a trait being an issue, I know.
The spec is struggling in PvP at the moment. Another very important change I’d like to see is “Flash Flood” being reverted to how it was in Legion. Currently Riptide gives you one stack of Tidal Waves, and once used you get a stack of “Flash Flood” …which is essentially a crappier version of Tidal Waves. This talent previously gave two stacks of Tidal Waves when Riptide was used. Given the need for Rshams to hard cast a lot in their current state (and those hard casts healing for next to nothing) I think reverting this to how it operated in Legion would help immensely.
