This toy used to be able to be “glitched” by dropping (most easily) in a rested area and logging off/ logging on. It’s effect would last indefinitely. This really didn’t affect others and it’s CD is insane for a ~40y range toy. It looks and sounds so nice when it’s up.

The Blizzard Stone from timeless isle used to have the same glitch. Neither work anymore. I presume they just fixed all effects similar to the void totem. Really unfortunate given there was zero reason to make this fix. Just Blizzard enforcing their anti-fun policy.
Tried this now and yep they silently “fixed” it. I miss permanently having a void skybox. What reason did they “fix” it for? Wasn’t hurting anybody while providing a cool scenery for the players.

I used to play 24/7 with the void totem skybox, sound and soundtrack it was beautiful and relaxing, i really really miss it or please make it stay until death or removing the buff right clicking it.
The soundtrack, the best part of the theme can’t be heared anymore bc the totem expires before it starts playing.
