Seeing as the effect becomes account-wide anyways, it just seems a bit redundant to still have the quest itself be on a character-by-character basis.
So many raid skip quests across so many toons. Would be so much more QOL to just have them at the bottom, all uniform and shared like the Pet Battle quests are IMO

Emerald Nightmare, that skip is account-wide.
I did it on one character back in the day and everyone else can skip too, I’ve noticed.
You just have to kill the first boss, and afterwards you can skip straight to Cenarius and then Xavius.
I legitimately don’t even know for certain which ones I’ve actually done or not. Whole thing is extremely inconsistent atm
Sometimes the skip appears and I’m like… I have no recollection doing this. Other times I could’ve sworn I did the quest ages ago but it’s not working on my alts.
Completion is required once per account but you’re referring to tracking progress at the account level to which I agree. For legacy, anyway.
Could always just not accept the quests in the meantime, since they’re indeed not necessary to complete more than once. I do everything on this character, and just zoom right on past if I’m running stuff on alts lol
Barring that, they’ll eventually be completed anyway without really working at them, right?
