You can’t reserve your name until 3 pm Pacific time so there is no reason for the servers to be up at this time . Also the extended stress testing is over so another reason for them not to be up right now.

Its only 7 minutes early. You’d think they’d at least have the servers up a little early to let everyone get to their pc
