If there’s only a couple people in the zone, it takes like 10 minutes or so to disable one portal. But by the time you disable one portal the other ones have re-activated. Add to that the stacking DoT you get every like 2 seconds while waiting for a portal to get disabled. No reason this should be impossible to do by 1 person, even if it does take a bit longer.
