I have spent more time in queue then I have playing at this point.
I just logged in and it’s currently a 15,000 queue with 500 min expected wait.
Can y’all not just make a new Eastern PvP server and allow free transfers/guild transfers?

They’ve opened several servers withing the past 1.5 hours. Sadly only 1 pvp east which (i believe) has now already filled. (In less than an hour, shocking i know!) >.<

I’m pretty sure they have been telling people to pick a different server for over a week now.
They made it vary clear that you would be seeing insane queue time if you don’t change servers.
It’s not just Herod.
In fact, Herod is not even the worse one, Stallag and Whitemane are far worse right now.

I’ve been waiting to get onto herod for 6 hours now, im close im at 2k in the line.
You’re in for a treat! I tried to log into Herod around 3pm. It’s currently 9:11 and I only had a queue of a bit over 12k when I started. This last 1k is killing me tho
Oof. You don’t think before you post do you? There’s not enough Eastern PvP servers. You wouldn’t have posted this if you knew that. Not to mention almost all servers have a long queue.

Ah yes I shouldve just abandoned all my friends and guilds and communities to roll into a new server.
Which now also has herod tier queues, but it’s ok because there’s another new server I can do it again.
But now it also has queues, BUT THERE’S A NEW ONE COMING.
This is a blizzard problem, a classic one at that.
They expected this game to be as dead as retail, big mistake.

Just be patient people, this isn’t the type of thing Blizzard can solve overnight. It’s gonna take time and the population will stabilize. Reminder the game was released like 28 hours ago… reminder there’s like 5 million+ active WoW accounts, probably a lot more right now than that.
At least I can get some good laughs on these forums with you guys during my 7 and a half hour queue

It’s absolutely unacceptable to me that blizzard, for all their defense of layering, won’t just add layers to the servers. 20k+ queues is utterly shameful. They won’t add servers because of long term health right? So why tf are they not just layering servers now to cut queues. If there’s that many “tourists” it won’t matter in p2. If they aren’t tourists, then add the extra f’ing servers.
Blizz needs to adopt the “middle out” algorithm for their servers…
I logged in at 5. 17k queue, down to 7k now. Worst part is for every 10 spaces I move down in queue, I got up in queue 3. This is insane
No one expects them to solve it overnight, we think they should have solved it over the last 2 weeks when they started with way too few servers, saw name reservation numbers and started blueposting about how overcrowded the servers were but didn’t open nearly enough servers before launch. Also the fact they said they have the technical capability to let more people on in layers but won’t may be the correct long term decision, but is particularly aggravating to someone stuck in a 10 hour queue today.
Sure, so what is the going rate… 1 day before that one has a 10K+ queue?
