So here is an item:
Specifically for level 80 this item shows a 111 iLVL.
Than there is https://www.wowhead.com/item=47512/sinners-confession&bonus=4136, also 111.
We have this, https://www.wowhead.com/item=50983/gloves-of-false-gestures - iLVL 100.
There is a cloth vendor is Dalaran, I went to visit on my DK and found nothing, obviously, so I went on my Priest and found a lot of iLVL 100 items. So, I took my level 90 Warlock and guess what I found? Yup, iLVL 100 cloth items.
So why is it that this guy is sitting at level 80 with a whopping iLVL of 234? All his items are more than double the iLVL that I have found them to be:
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/whisperwind/sendit
There is this guy at level 85 sitting at 286 iLVL:
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/daggerspine/sendit
And this guy sitting at level 87 at 109 iLVL:

Yes I grabbed 3 randoms with the same name close in level, it’s just easier, but the second and third one, both with Heirloom gear are a long way away from each other in iLVL.
No this is not a name and shame, I mean it may be if the players are found to be doing something they shouldn’t, but a character below level 90 having a higher iLVL than a fresh 120?
I noted this because someone previously posted about how a level 70 character gave this 108 a whooping.
And after looking into I can see why he got whopped, but I think there is something not quite right here that a low level can have that kind of iLVL.
