So I’m ilvl 200 now and my wq’s are dropping 184 ilvl gear that’s no longer and upgrade for me…why is this even a thing why drop world quests with lower ilvl gear that’s completely useless?
can’t they at least make the gear account bound so i can give it alts
WQs aren’t intended to be a competitive source of gear.
ummm I thought wq as means of gearing up was meant to bridge between leveling gear and max level dungeon gear…for most part.
reputations, anima, toys, transmog is what I use wqs for.
Wtf you mean I can’t gear up to 226 using wqs? Inconceivable!
WQs are more just catch up gear on the side. It’s not supposed to be a main source of gearing at raid level.

Higher ilvl WQ rewards are gated behind your Renown level.
Alts can fly through renown levels and upgrade their wqs rewards while basically being a fresh 60.
What is the intent of them?
from what i’ve seen WQ gear is upgraded through the cov renown system, the higher your renown the higher the gear, if your gearing faster than your leveling renown (which I think at this point is everyone) the gear will always be less than what your currently wearing.
We can give it to random vendors, but not our friends! dun dun DUN!
Because you are at a raid equivalent item level, why would world quests be considered relevant upgrade content?
I guess getting all those extra enchanting material from disenchanting is pretty good
which is dumb because by the time you have 21 reknown you’re way above what the wq is dropping.
Not so I have plenty of alts just doing campaign and maw, this is a great source for alts.
If only unlocking higher ilevel in world quests trickled down to alts…
Not a bad idea if they were BOA. Would make them more useful. But either way not a big deal to me.

You personally unlock that high ilvl gear through doing campaign quests. It’s really meant for your alts. Not your main.
