Can someone from Blizzard help me recover an item? (read, I understand the process)

I disenchanted “Andormu’s Tear” a longtime ago, why? It didn’t have stamina and didn’t think much of it.

I went to recover the item through the process Blizzaard offers, due to how long ago this was I can’t get it back through that process.

this ring offers great stats towards avoidance

And I want it back now. How can I get this back if possible?

Sadly they will point to the service you do yourself, point out its past the time limit and say they cannot help you. Blizzard customer service no longer exists
