You can clearly see the priest cast mass dispel after bubble… latency probably is why it went off with such little time remaining.
Though movement is client authoritative, casts going off, buffs and debuffs are server-side. This should never have happened regardless of ping.
100% a bug from the new patch.

Yeah it wasn’t the end of the world not like I was about to win but every day it seems like I encounter some bug with some class I play
pretty sure its been buggy like this for the last few weeks. Clones going off when i kick them still… REALLY annoying.
Yeah theres been some weird buggy laggy, delayed response type crap going on since anniversary patch, seems to be worst in open world but ive definitely experienced far more than normal in instanced content too. Had my precog pop off way after finishing casts, and its not from OCE server players like in the past, or random poorly timed kicks, definitely different situation than that.
