Valeera is loyal to the House of Wrynn. Yet she claims to be neutral which can’t be true at the same time. Is Blizzard insulting our intelligence?
She will do what she has to to protect Anduin’s life but won’t run missions for the Alliance or Horde.
You can be loyal to someone and not their causes…
Nah. Her loyalty was mostly to Varian. They were close companions during Varian’s pit fighting days. Her aiding the Alliance is to keep Anduin safe as a favor to his dad.
Granted, even if she was, it’s not like anyone can find her. Valeera is seen only if she wants folks to see her.
Anduin is High king of the alliance. These statements contradict each other.
No, they don’t.
You can be loyal to a house/name, but you don’t have to show allegiance to their causes. Where do you even get the notion that this isn’t true?
When it is your job to protect the leader of one team you can’t be trusted to be around the other team without being accused of being a spy which is also true when e look at say Renzik who did exactly that for the SI:7.
Both can be true. Why are you overthinking this?
Renzik literally is a spy. He doesn’t fail at neutrality as a result of being loyal to a leader. He is literally an Alliance agent explicitly loyal to and running missions for the Alliance.
because Valeera is a blood elf. and we don’t have any other notable rogues. Midnight is soon around so the chances are high Blizzard plays the pretend game again.
And? Baine Bloodhoof is a Tauren but he considers Anduin Wrynn a friend without believing in the Alliance cause.
Friends and Alliances are not mutually similar.
Goblins are exclusively neutral until they choose not to be.
The only exception is the Bilgewater cartel, who had to either join the Horde or very likely perish. Not from one, but two volcanos. Bilgewaters weren’t exactly great at finding places to live.
Consider a situation where a country is part of the UN, but chooses not to get into every war that pops up. You can be allied to one side without getting involved in their squabbles.
When Alleria returned from her 10,000 year journey through the Void and other places she had a discussion with Vereesa that we all saw. I believe they were on the Vindicaar. Alleria couldn’t believe it when Vereesa told her Sylvanas was not only a member of the Horde, she was the Horde Warchief.
Not sure what that has to do with what he said.
Valeera makes too much sense. So they hid her somewhere into irrelevance.
Also the people currently writing the lore probably dont know old lore
Valeera not Alleria. Valeera ex pit fighter and friend of broll Varian yada yada
Silvermoon lacks their own spy network so far and I would be mad if they just use Valeera who would sell our secrets to Anduin.
You just think that because they have a very good one.
Nah she’s in the speakeasy in Dornogal. Easy enough to find.
