How does it reduce the value of maintaining Rip?
There are times when a Bloodtalons buffed Rampant Ferocity would cause it to be correct to bite near the end of rip rather than reapplying rip in pandemic. Personally this change didn’t really bother me, but it probably wasn’t in the spirit of the spec and made AoE more complicated.
