the hero talent literally says: Consuming 20 stacks of Sheilun’s Gift calls upon Yu’lon to decrease the cooldown time of Renewing Mist, Rising Sun Kick, Life Cocoon, and Thunder Focus Tea by 75% for 8 sec.

but before i lock in the talent: it says 10 stacks… whaaat
If you take shaohao’s or base sheilun’s with no modifying talents it’s 10 stacks/80 seconds, if you take Veil of Pride it’s 20 stacks or 80 seconds ( because stacks grow twice as fast )
Same rate of acquisition but the tooltip will change from 10 to 20 depending on if you have veil of pride talented or not.
Im pretty sure it’s intended.
