Can Someone Explain PvP Trinkets To Me?

As the title asks, can someone explain them to me? I understand they’re unique equipped. I understand that one is a stat stick and the other helps with CC. Where the confusion for me lies is how do I tell which one is an emblem and which one is a medallion for the set bonus? Because I have a “Prized Aspirant’s Sigil of Adaptation” right now, and it says “Unique-Equipped: Gladiator’s Medallions(1)”. Yet in the Set Bonus section it’s apparently taking up the Emblem slot not the Medallion slot. If Medallions go in the emblem slot and Emblems go in the Medallion slot and Badges, Sigils and Insignias aren’t clearly marked which do which, HOW TF DO I TELL WHICH TWO TO GET?!

For me, I got the Aspirant’s Emblem (for my tank that’s an orc scary face with an on use that increases max health), and picked one of the two others, the medallion or the adaptation one, also classified as a medallion. I usually get the anti-stun one, that removes movement impairing effects.

If you are really worried get the honor versions, as honor is easy to come by, before getting the conquest ones. Then you’ll see how they work together to make the set.

There are two types. There are two items (two for honor and two for conquest specifically) to get you out of crowd control. One is an active use, one is automatically triggered. Those take up one slot. These should cost 525 honor/conquest. (Medallion or Sigil of Adaptation)

The other slot is one of 3 effects: A stat proc, an on use stat boost, or an on use health boost. That takes the other slot. These should cost 700 honor/conquest.

You always buy the on use remove CC trinket. Always.

The only decision you really have is do you want RNG damage amplification or on demand damage window. Which comes down to your spec and build.

I always go for the passive just because i cant be bothered to press an extra bind.
