I’m guessing he’s referring to how crucial Cloak is for Mythics and how every group wants a Rogue.

They should but they wont its 1 of blizzards pet classes so they are always op

From what I’ve seen is the overabundance of counters in PvP. Rogues are pretty much mages with daggers and no cast bar. You can effectively blink, go immune, stun, incapacitate, slow and bleed. Now, in PvP this sucks. There may be a couple classes that can counter this, but most rogues have an easy enough path forward that a slight mess-up can be fixed. A lot of other classes don’t have that flexibility. In PvE, an OP class is a good thing unless they get preferential treatment for groups.

Didn’t Blizzard say in a recent Q&A that they want you to bring the class, not the player? Don’t hold out hope for rogues to lose shroud (or anyone to get a similar ability).

Or how outlaw rogue is dominating the M+ scene with only a 4 button rotation. I could see if Sub was the best of the 3 being as it requires more but… sadly thats not the case.

Even if they nerf their damage they will be more useful than your DK or Warrior.

Other classes (in all roles) need to be given more if blizzard expects them to be brought to m+.

Dk tank was brought along because their grips, healing, immunities and slows made them do so many jobs at once.

Only outstripped by warrior because why be immortal for 30 seconds when you can kill the thing in 10 seconds. (Also pretty amazing dmg smoothing)

Rogues bring aoe damage, group stealth, magic cleanse/immune, full dodge CD, stuns, cheat death.

What does a feral bring? Dps warrior? Spriest? Not much in utility but sometimes their damage can be crazy under the right circumstances I guess.

Doesn’t really work when you give a spec all the tools then have it also deal the most damage too.
