Can Outlaw Like Not Suck in 11.1?

There’s no reason why Frost DK and DH can put out all this insane and overtuned dps meanwhile Outlaw is struggling to do any real single target dps. Maybe if you’re lucky on rolls you’re on par.

Make Outlaw Great Again.

They need to make Trickster Coup a choice node for a version with the baked in charge and another without the charge function for sub PvE players then make some changes for Trickster. Trickster Outlaw lacks in the mobility and defensive department that Fatebound has. For comparison, Fazed can only be applied through Unseen Blade and if you decide to use Cloud Cover, applying Fazed to multiple targets does not amplify Blade Flurry damage. It only decreases damage taken by 5% from anyone struck inside your Distract Smoke Cloud (assuming people or enemies dont walk out of it). Compare that to Fatebound’s Tempted Fate that absorbs 10% of the damage you take at a proc rate equal to your Crit % capped at what looks to be 40 if im understanding it correctly. For the mobility department, Trickster’s Coup charge was removed this patch when it was the only thing that was contending the Death’s Arrival node in Fatebound.

Trickster was supposed to bring the most utility but it lacks a lot of utility of the three hero specs.

Lol… Actually, ALL Outlaw has going for it ATM is being ultra dominant in ST and 2T fights. We are A tier for Liberation of Undermine (despite the little data we have for it) but are C Tier for keys above +12 because we’re hard 5 target capped and 8 target capped when talented.

Considering <80% of all wow players are doing +10’s I think we’re doing just fine.

So far this season is looking to be Outlaw for Raid, Sub for M+ (Assuming 4p tier set).

Go check out the Ravenholdt discord, your gonna be fine no matter what you pick.

Really… Everything I’m reading is saying outlaw is bass last. And it certainly is underwhelming when you’re competing against the healer for dps that’s how outlaw is doing in pvp from what I’m reading

they butchered it after this latest patch! losing trickster coup charge was unexpected! and ontop of that grappling hook is cooked rn, goes on cd 40% of the time with no use or says no path available when you try to use it on anything other than the floor, no more hookin on ledges or roofs in open world

I never see more crying over Outlaw than when it misses the Meta list for a second patch in a row.

Outlaw hasn’t been meta since BFA when it was a M+ all star in all honesty.

Ya I’m super disappointed because I made an outlaw rogue, geared him up and everything and the damage still sucks. I’m willing to learn sub but I really vibe with Outlaw. Like, I just know what to press. So again, not sure if I should learn sub or just keep my rogue on ice for the day they actually make outlaw viable…

I love outlaw. And I’m sad I’ve missed out on it for years. We need to band together and tell blizz outlaw needs to be a big contender in content.
Sub just isn’t fun any more like it was in the days. You have to dance around so many spinning plates you need to do burst and it’s just not fun.
Outlaw is super fun with Crackshot. Makes you chase the high of stringing as many bte as possible and can hook around for daring escapes just what makes wow fun. Just needs a few buffs
