I believe that was one of the reasons for switching from male / female to body type 1 / body type 2.
Yea it was cuz so many people kept asking for more genders to be added into the game so they stopped all that by adding in body types instead.

It’s a fantasy game, you can make them whatever you want. I have a couple gay characters. It’s up to you to create a biography for them.

My headcanon for Magnarok is that they have no certain gender. They’ve changed their physical form countless times through magical means (paid character remakes, transmorphic tinctures and now the barbershop) because they never felt like one or the other suited more. They are just Magnarok. So whatever pronouns you’ve got lying around are perfectly acceptable for her/him/them

Lost count of many times my characters have changed gender.
Sometimes multiple times a day.

Your character is whatever you want it to be… you don’t need another option to do that.

I imagine that if you RP that on a character, it would work better than any game action would. After all, its how a person feels, and thats not something a game can really generate. If you make your character female because you feel that’s you, despite initially (in your own story) being male, or visa versa, that’s what counts ultimately.
