even after changing the binds for it i still cant get in my bags my key or click

Are you using a bag addon by any chance? I had to disable mine (ElvUI), open the bags (worked fine with the addon disabled), then reload EUI to get it to work.
Disable bagnon if you have it.
Blizzard cant stop breaking things for addons which have worked for a decade.

Just to refresh this post, yesterday I discovered it isn’t just bag addons. The same glitch preventing me from opening my bags with ElvUI enabled happens without using it too.
