While waiting for the rare to spawn in one of the ziggarut buildings in Icecrown (I believe the one Prophet Tharon;ja spawns in) I constantly get the “can only use outside message”. I believe the resto affinity heal (Ysera’s gift) that ticks every few seconds is what’s causing this. This has only occurred to me in this location.
