Can only select Classic characters?

I’ve tried using 3 different browsers and deleting cookies on each, etc etc. Anyone have an idea how I can switch to Modern characters. Its been like this for weeks and Blizz copy and pastes the same info when I try to submit a ticket. Help me o great Warcraft community you’re my only hope at this point.

Try logging in and out of ~Blizzard.com it allowed me to change characters.

^ This is what I did when it booted me onto a Classic character, that I have never posted with. All good, now.

That worked. Although I tried it last week and it didn’t work. Thanks.
