Im trying to complete the quest The Light and the Void. After following Velen into the portal he disappears. The Rift to Telogrus portal is in the spot where my priest order hall portal is supposed to be.

Trying to do the same thing with my priest and he also is disappearing for me.
I completed the Harbinger quests hoping the Telogrus rift portal would go away, but it didn’t.

Forgot to change my character before I posted my other reply. This is the one having the quest problem.
Having the same issue on my priest (the one i did mop remix with)
Edit: Completing the intro to TWW makes the portal appear.
