Can not start the harbinger quest line

I have check wowhead and i have not started the quest line and it didnt give it to me in valdraken

The quest is available from the Adventure Guide.

thank you so much Rufflebottom it was there i was so used to the quest auto populating for me i never though about checking there. Your like the best Gnome out there
