Can not restore a deleted Character

The character restoration service is currently disabled. Blizzard is working to restore it, but there is not an ETA available at this time.

Outside of, it is being worked on, we just don’t have any additional information. An ETA on when the character undelete will be brought back isn’t available but the moment it is, it will be posted.

This remains a top priority.
